Withdrawal Policy

At Transaction Tracker, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Withdrawal Policy outlines your right to withdraw from your subscription, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Code de la consommation.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your subscription without giving any reason, within 30 days of your initial purchase.

This withdrawal period applies even though the service is digital, and exceeds the legal minimum (14 days) as a gesture of trust and transparency.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a request by email to:

Please include:

• The email address used for your account
• The date of purchase (optional but helpful)

We will confirm receipt of your request without delay.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw within the 30-day period:

• We will refund you in full
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (via Stripe)
• No fees will be deducted

Your access to the paid features of the service will be revoked once the refund is processed.

4. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this policy. You are entitled to withdraw for any reason — no explanation required.
