These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and SaaS platform Transaction Tracker, available at https://transactions.afetiveau.com, operated by Arthur Fétiveau.

Transaction Tracker is an online expense tracking platform. Features include:

• Manual and bulk transaction entry
• Spending summaries and categorization
• Charts
• Optional premium features for subscribers (exports, extra charts and more)

Features can changed without prior notice.

The service is provided digitally and exclusively online.

2. Account Requirements

To use the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide a valid email address and name
• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Share, resell, sublicense, or reproduce the service without written permission
• Upload any malicious code or interfere with platform security

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Access and Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may temporarily affect availability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and user interface elements are the intellectual property of Arthur Fétiveau or his licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as intended.

You retain full ownership of your data. We never sell or monetize user data.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or service interruptions. Liability is limited to the amount paid during the last 12 months of service.

The platform uses third-party services such as Stripe Checkout for payment processing.

You may encounter links or integrations with external websites or services not operated by Transaction Tracker.

We have no control over the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites and assume no responsibility or liability for them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
Disputes may be brought before the courts of Nantes, France.
