By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you agree to these terms.

Transaction Tracker is a digital expense tracking SaaS platform. Subscription plans may provide access to enhanced features such as account management, data analysis, and export tools.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes.
As the seller is a micro-entreprise not subject to VAT, VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Payment is due immediately upon purchase. Services are activated as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

5. Withdrawal Rights

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days, no questions asked.

6. Refunds

If you request a refund within the 30-day withdrawal period, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method.

After this period, refunds are not guaranteed except in the event of a technical failure or legal obligation.

As this is a digital service, delivery is considered immediate upon payment confirmation. Access to features is granted via your online account.

8. Liability

Transaction Tracker is provided "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for loss of data or indirect damages unless required by law.

9. Disputes & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law.

In case of a dispute, you may:
